Job Description
As a Customer Success Coordinator at UAbility, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our clients have a seamless experience throughout their journey with us. This is a full-time, remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while being an integral part of our global mission.
- Content Management and Client Communication
- Upload recordings of Q&A calls promptly for client access
- Send Zoom meeting recordings to clients after calls
- Manage and distribute contracts to clients
- Platform and Access Management
- Provide clients with access to courses on Teachable and Udemy
- Ensure all client accesses are up-to-date and functional
- CRM Management
- -Regularly check and update our CRM system for the fulfillment team
- Maintain accurate and current client information
- Client Satisfaction and Feedback
- Assist with NPS (Net Promoter Score) survey collection for the fulfillment team
- Reach out to offboarded clients to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback
- General Administrative Support
- Perform various administrative tasks to support our customer success and fulfillment teams
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve client issues and improve processes
