Job Description
As an International Voice Process Executive, you will be the first point of contact for international clients. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to adapt to different cultural contexts.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls with international clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and effectively.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency in communication.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex issues and improve service quality.
- Adhere to company protocols and regulatory requirements related to data protection and customer privacy.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to enhance service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a voice-based customer service or support role, preferably in an international setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle calls with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
