Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Client Relations Specialist to provide exceptional support and foster long-term client loyalty.

  • Onboard new clients, ensuring they fully understand the services and tools provided by the company
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular check-ins and follow-ups
  • Monitor client progress and provide personalized solutions to support their success
  • Address client concerns promptly and ensure effective resolution
  • Track and analyze client satisfaction, providing regular reports to management
  • Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues and answering their questions
  • Review submitted client information and request any missing documents as needed
  • Respond to client messages, answer inquiries, and return phone calls in a timely manner
  • Create instructional videos to guide clients through key tasks (e.g., connecting QuickBooks bank accounts)
  • Add clients to CRM systems (HubSpot, TaxDome, Ignition), ensuring smooth progress through onboarding phases
  • Enhance the onboarding process for new tax and accounting clients
  • Contribute to the tax preparation process as needed
