Job Description
We are hiring compliance specialists for the Insurance team to verify, reverify, and upload insurance documents/certificates.
A compliance specialist will also be asked to provide feedback (rejection notes), report modifications (changes required), and re-verifications. Most of the processes are to be performed on the unified portal and there will be the use of multiple communication channels.
- Review and verify Insurance certificates/documents and make sure they meet the requirements set by the specific client(s)
- Upload Insurance certificates and data entry on the dedicated tool provided by the client
- Communicating with clients through emails and MS Teams
- Acknowledging and resolving suppliers’/clients emails
- Keeping records of suppliers’/clients’ feedback
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues, as necessary
- 100% quality is a must
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide extreme quality
- Complete the assigned work within 24 hours (internal SLA)
- It is a target-based job
- Email our clients daily dealing with verification queries
