Perform monthly and quarterly statistical forecasting for service parts and perform various relevant analyses & reporting as required by the business from time to time
Continuously improving forecasting techniques, methods, and approaches toward optimizing inventory and distribution
Relating and measuring the impact of forecast accuracy
Monitor SKU levels and recommend SKU rationalization initiatives in the future
Indicate trend changes and exceptions on a case-to-case basis and escalate appropriately.
Ensuring and driving the upkeep and maintenance of process documentation and standard operating procedures for demand planning processes and systems by the team
Report/communicate to management/stakeholders on pre-decided rhythm dashboards on inventory targets (including safety stock levels) and forecast errors, service levels, and order optimization that are approved by management.
Using automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources
Preparing final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to make important decisions based on various facts and trends.
Analyzing local, national, and global trends that impact both the organization and the industry
Consistent process enhancements with new ideas
Comply with and maintain knowledge of applicable rules, legislation, regulations, standards, and best practices
Support the Project coordinator for operational excellence and exceeding KPI targets
