The Role
This is a full-time, salaried, remote position. We sell remotely, so you’ll spend most of your time on the phone or video calls. However, the work will require some travel to company-sponsored events and conferences 3-6 times a year.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research to identify and target potential customers within the SaaS industry.
- Utilize various tools and platforms to gather insights into the needs and challenges of prospects.
- Leverage Account-Based Marketing (ABM) skills to develop targeted strategies for engaging key accounts and decision-makers.
- Explore, experiment, and implement a tailored SDR playbook for the US market to drive successful prospecting and lead generation.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to align efforts and optimize outreach strategies.
- Integrate Account-Based Marketing (ABM) tactics into the playbook for personalized and targeted engagement with key accounts.
- Proactively contact prospects via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels to schedule high-quality meetings.
- Tailor communication to effectively communicate the value proposition of Sprinto’s compliance automation platform.
- Conduct thorough BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) qualification of leads to ensure efficient use of sales resources and identify use cases before the demo call.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide detailed, accurate information for further engagement.
- Foster and nurture long-term relationships with prospects through consistent communication and understanding of their evolving needs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, positioning Sprinto as the solution to address the compliance challenges of SaaS companies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a sales development or similar role, preferably within the Infosec or B2B SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals in a goal-oriented sales environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
- Familiarity with BANT qualification and other sales methodologies.
- ABM skills and experience in developing and executing targeted prospecting tactics for key accounts.
