Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients.
  • Lead negotiations for major contracts and agreements.
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service.
  • Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and new business opportunities.
  • Spearheaded lead-generation efforts through market research, networking, and targeted outreach.
  • Develop and implement lead nurturing strategies to convert prospects into clients.
  • Conduct strategic client visits to understand their needs, present tailored solutions, and strengthen client partnerships.
  • Prepared and delivered influential presentations to potential clients.
  • Prepare detailed reports on key performance indicators and results.
  • Monitor outstanding collections from clients and work towards timely payments.
  • Represent the organization at industry-related seminars, conferences, and exhibitions.
  • Engage with clients to promote the organization’s services and build a strong network.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive digital marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure the organization’s online presence is optimized for maximum visibility and engagement.
  • Monitoring/ guiding the performance of marketing personnel of operational divisions.
