Job Description
- Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Foster strong relationships with key clients.
- Lead negotiations for major contracts and agreements.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service.
- Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and new business opportunities.
- Spearheaded lead-generation efforts through market research, networking, and targeted outreach.
- Develop and implement lead nurturing strategies to convert prospects into clients.
- Conduct strategic client visits to understand their needs, present tailored solutions, and strengthen client partnerships.
- Prepared and delivered influential presentations to potential clients.
- Prepare detailed reports on key performance indicators and results.
- Monitor outstanding collections from clients and work towards timely payments.
- Represent the organization at industry-related seminars, conferences, and exhibitions.
- Engage with clients to promote the organization’s services and build a strong network.
- Oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive digital marketing campaigns.
- Ensure the organization’s online presence is optimized for maximum visibility and engagement.
- Monitoring/ guiding the performance of marketing personnel of operational divisions.
