- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within Bengaluru.
- Identify and engage with potential clients through cold calls, networking, and other lead-generation activities.
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand client requirements and present tailored SaaS CRM solutions.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our CRM solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
