Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Client Relations Specialist to provide exceptional support and foster long-term client loyalty.
- Onboard new clients, ensuring they fully understand the services and tools provided by the company
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular check-ins and follow-ups
- Monitor client progress and provide personalized solutions to support their success
- Address client concerns promptly and ensure effective resolution
- Track and analyze client satisfaction, providing regular reports to management
- Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues and answering their questions
- Review submitted client information and request any missing documents as needed
- Respond to client messages, answer inquiries, and return phone calls in a timely manner
- Create instructional videos to guide clients through key tasks (e.g., connecting QuickBooks bank accounts)
- Add clients to CRM systems (HubSpot, TaxDome, Ignition), ensuring smooth progress through onboarding phases
- Enhance the onboarding process for new tax and accounting clients
- Contribute to the tax preparation process as needed
