Job Description
- Drive sales of BYJU’s learning products through proactive outreach and relationship building.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct weekend counseling sessions for prospective clients to showcase BYJU’s learning methodologies and solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize customer satisfaction and retention.
- Meet and exceed sales targets consistently through effective sales strategies and initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in direct sales or customer service, preferably in education or related industries.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate the value proposition of BYJU’s products effectively.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work 6 days a week, with a willingness to work from home or office as required.
