Job Description
- Provide expert counseling to prospective students about Airblack’s makeup and beauty courses, helping them choose the right programs based on their career aspirations.
- Create and maintain a detailed list of potential prospects to target and engage with.
- Contact 150 to 200 candidates daily through calls, emails, or other communication methods to generate interest and qualify leads.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects by maintaining effective communication and conducting regular follow-ups to drive conversions.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads, sharing insights and updates for a seamless handover.
Requirements:
- 0-2 Years of experience in B2C pre-sales in industries like Edtech, Banking, Insurance, etc, or working as a customer support/client relations in the BPO sector.
- Fluent communication in Hindi and English Have a growth mindset to build India’s largest skilling academy!
