Job Description

  • Provide expert counseling to prospective students about Airblack’s makeup and beauty courses, helping them choose the right programs based on their career aspirations.
  • Create and maintain a detailed list of potential prospects to target and engage with.
  • Contact 150 to 200 candidates daily through calls, emails, or other communication methods to generate interest and qualify leads.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects by maintaining effective communication and conducting regular follow-ups to drive conversions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads, sharing insights and updates for a seamless handover.

Requirements:

  • 0-2 Years of experience in B2C pre-sales in industries like Edtech, Banking, Insurance, etc, or working as a customer support/client relations in the BPO sector.
  • Fluent communication in Hindi and English Have a growth mindset to build India’s largest skilling academy!
