  • Eligibility – 12th Pass/Graduation (Freshers/Experienced Eligible)
  • Salary- ₹17,000/month

Responsibilities :

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate channels for resolution.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
  • Provide product and service information to customers to assist with their purchasing decisions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including customer satisfaction metrics and response time goals.
  • Stay updated on product/service knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer service processes and procedures.

Requirements :

  • High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or BPO environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
