- Salary- ₹17,000/month
Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate channels for resolution.
- Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
- Provide product and service information to customers to assist with their purchasing decisions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including customer satisfaction metrics and response time goals.
- Stay updated on product/service knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer service processes and procedures.
Requirements :
- High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or BPO environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
