Job Description
- Handle technical queries from customers via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products/services
- Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer inquiries
- Utilize knowledge base and internal resources to resolve customer issues.
- Escalate complex issues to the senior technical support team as needed
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and first-call resolution targets
