Job Description

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in writing, reading, and speaking excellent English
  • Proficient in using computers and MS Office
  • Able to type 30 words per minute in the preferred language
  • Fair knowledge of navigation on Google Maps and Geography
  • Able to work in different shifts depending on business requirements
  • Good in applying theoretical knowledge into practice and making sound decisions based on predefined policies
  • Follow all compliance and security measures related to client data
  • Ensure process guidelines are followed and met as documented
  • Meet client metrics & related issues on time with the highest quality, and stay up to date with the process knowledge/changes. Refer to knowledge updates/repositories to effectively process transactions.
  • Adhere to process quality metrics and strive to exceed the daily/monthly/annual quality & productivity targets.
