Roles and Responsibilities

  • Take calls from recruiters & jobseekers and do outbound calling on feedback received
  • To build knowledge-based relationships with recruiters and understand the nitty-gritty of clients.
  • Identifying job seekers & recruiters’ queries and providing solutions
  • Reach out to new recruiters and explain to them the benefits of Job Hai and help them in posting new jobs on the platform.
