Job Description

This is a VOICE PROCESS which requires applicants to have strong English speaking and writing skills. The role general handles support calls related to Customer Service.

Requirements:

  • Updated RESUME with employment dates (Months and Years) and a brief summary of your responsibilities.
  • At least 1 year of work experience in one company as a Customer Support (We do not accept freshers)
  • Working Desktop or Laptop with the following specifications:
  • CPU: At least i3 or AMD Ryzen3. If you are using Mac devices you should have at least a 2013 model or newer.
  • RAM: 8 GB
  • Operating System (PC): Windows 10 or newer, (macOS): Catalina (10.15) or newer
  • Internet: 10 Mbps for upload and 10 Mbps for download speed, 80 or less for ping ms (idle latency). No mobile data is allowed.
  • Preferably a headset with a noise-canceling feature – No background noises
  • A decent webcam
