Keeping a record of students encounters, including the nature of the interaction, details of payments, and any resolutions reached
Maintaining a thorough knowledge of the product and its capabilities
Recognizing possible difficulties with the accounts of students and interacting with them to address their problems
Liaising with other teams to ensure all student requests/inquiries are managed appropriately
Answering inquiries from students regarding products or services via phone calls and emails
Assisting students in making knowledgeable judgments about their purchases by providing information about pricing, terms and conditions, and other details about products or services
Assisting in inbound lead management, by engaging with prospective students who express interest in courses, providing them with accurate product details and benefits to facilitate their decision-making process and sharing relevant lead information with the sales team for timely follow-ups and ensure all leads are documented properly
