Job Description
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Document call details and update customer records accurately.
- Meet individual and team performance metrics and targets.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Graduation/HSC qualified; additional education is a plus.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle difficult situations and remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in using computers and call center software.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
