Job Description
We’re seeking for Flight Support / Task List Executive who has excellent communication skills and zeal to go the extra miles to serve the customers
- Knowledge -international/domestic travel voice process.
- Knowledge of world map & geography will be required.
- Be enthusiastic & have zeal to perform.
- Be flexible to work in a 24*7 rotational shifts days working environment.
- Excellent communication skills are required.
- Provide best-in-class customer service and problem resolution to customer queries over the voice-based phone service.
- Support customers across telecommunications, e-mail, and chat, and meet customer requirements through first contact resolution.
- Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problems.
- Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed-upon procedures.
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy. Confirm customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed.
- Prepare complete and accurate work and update customer file.
