Job Description
Ease My Trip, or EMT for short, is one of India’s top travel agencies, with a customer-centric approach that includes a no-convenience fee option and a wide distribution network supported by a hybrid platform. We’re seeking for Flight Support / Task List Executive who has excellent communication skills and zeal to go the extra mile to serve the customers
- Knowledge -international/domestic travel voice process.
- Knowledge of world map & geography will be required.
- Be enthusiastic & have a zeal to perform.
- Be flexible in working in a 24-*7 rotational shifts day working environment.
- Excellent communication skills required.
- Provided best-in-class customer service and problem resolution to customer queries over voice-based phone service.
- Support customers across Telecommunication/E- e-mail/Chat, Meet customer requirements through first contact resolution.
- Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problems.
- Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed-upon procedures.
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy. Confirm customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed.
- Prepare complete and accurate work and update customer file.

- Freshers from travel domain with good communication skills.
- Experienced customer support candidates in the travel domain.
- Ready to work in rotational shifts (No Night Shifts for females).
