Job Description
- Good Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills. Should be able to speak fluent English, Hindi
- Must be able to clearly communicate the message to customers and handle the call professionally.
- Inbound Voice support with 80/90 calls/day
- Should be open to take calls, chats, and emails.
- Basic understanding of mutual funds, stock market, and Groww platform.
- Exposure to tools like Freshdesk, Freshsales, and MS Office is a plus.
