- Lead Conversion: Proactively engage with inbound leads, guide them through the booking process, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Customer Interaction: Understand students’ unique requirements and provide personalized accommodation recommendations.
- Market Expertise: Build in-depth knowledge of student housing options, pricing, and locations to offer expert advice.
- Follow-Up: Maintain strong relationships with potential clients through consistent and timely follow-ups to ensure closure.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Supply teams to optimize the booking process and enhance the customer experience.
- Data Management: Accurately record and manage all customer interactions, inquiries, and bookings in the CRM system.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance benchmarks.
Requirements:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in neutral English.
- Strong active listening skills.
- Effective time management and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in objection handling, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or similar software.
- Prior experience in telesales or a related field is a plus.
- Industry experience in real estate, hospitality, business development, or customer service is preferred.
