Blended Process (Voice+Email)

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries through calls and emails.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to resolve customer concerns efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails.
  • Address and resolve customer queries effectively.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Laptop with at least 8GB RAM and Wi-Fi (minimum 40 Mbps speed).
  • Graduate or undergraduate candidates can apply.
  • Comfortable working in a 24×7 rotational shift (9-hour shift with an 8-hour production window and a 1-hour break).
  • 6-day work week with 1 rotational week off.
