Candidate Support Intern

As a Candidate Support Intern, you will play a crucial role in managing candidate communications, verifying documentation, and ensuring that all candidate interactions are handled with professionalism and empathy.

Your role will be a blend of customer support and candidate outreach, focusing on resolving issues and enhancing the overall candidate experience.

  • Be a candidate champion, addressing inquiries and resolving issues via email or chat.
  • Review candidate-provided documents for completeness and accuracy, communicating
    clearly if additional information is required.
  • Educate candidates on the documentation process, providing guidance and support to
    ensure they understand the requirements.
  • Document candidate interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for
    improvement in the candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address candidate needs and enhance the
    overall experience.
  • Create and maintain support documentation to streamline common and recurring
    questions.
  • Assist Candidate Success Managers with tasks such as updating candidate information
    and informing internal teams of any escalated issues.
  • Handle level 1 escalations that require a solid understanding of our documentation and
    candidate support processes.
