- Provide technical support to customers through the chat process, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Handle non-voice processes such as email and web chats with efficiency and accuracy.
- Utilize strong communication skills to effectively address customer issues and provide solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex cases and improve overall performance.
Requirements:
- Shift timings 24*7 and 6 days
- System Requirement – Own Laptop with i5 processor and Above, 8GB ram
- WIFI Internet speed – More than 100 Mbps
- 0-1 year of experience in BPO or related industry (chat process, non-voice process).
- Strong understanding of chat processing principles and practices.
- Excellent written communication skills for effective issue resolution.
- Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts (if required).
- Basic knowledge of computer applications for data entry purposes.
