Chat Process

  • Provide technical support to customers through the chat process, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Handle non-voice processes such as email and web chats with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to effectively address customer issues and provide solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex cases and improve overall performance.

Requirements:

  • Shift timings 24*7 and 6 days
  • System Requirement – Own Laptop with i5 processor and Above, 8GB ram
  • WIFI Internet speed – More than 100 Mbps
  • 0-1 year of experience in BPO or related industry (chat process, non-voice process).
  • Strong understanding of chat processing principles and practices.
  • Excellent written communication skills for effective issue resolution.
  • Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts (if required).
  • Basic knowledge of computer applications for data entry purposes.
