- Chat Support Associate (CSA).
- Have to resolve customers’ queries over Chat.
- Good computer navigational skills.
- 9 hours of the day, 8 hrs. wor,k and 1-hour break
- 5 days working and any 2-week offs.
- Should be flexible with rotational shifts.
