Customer Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join the Parsel team on a full-time, permanent basis.

In this role, you will manage end-to-end logistics processes, facilitate order creation, and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Oversee the initiation and processing of customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Coordinate shipments, transportation, and deliveries to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Maintain open and effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve logistics challenges by implementing effective solutions.
  • Prepare and analyze logistics and customer service reports to track performance.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage necessary documentation.
  • Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving operational issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client and team interactions.
  • Proficiency in using spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel) for tracking and reporting.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in improving processes and identifying efficiency opportunities.
