We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join the Parsel team on a full-time, permanent basis.
In this role, you will manage end-to-end logistics processes, facilitate order creation, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Oversee the initiation and processing of customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinate shipments, transportation, and deliveries to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Maintain open and effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve logistics challenges by implementing effective solutions.
- Prepare and analyze logistics and customer service reports to track performance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage necessary documentation.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain management.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving operational issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client and team interactions.
- Proficiency in using spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel) for tracking and reporting.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in improving processes and identifying efficiency opportunities.
