Customer Support

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle inbound queries from Zomato Delivery Partners.

The role requires effective communication in English and Hindi to assist delivery partners with their concerns via calls.

  • Handle inbound calls and resolve queries of Zomato Delivery Partners.
  • Provide accurate information and support regarding their concerns.
  • Maintain professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow company policies and processes for efficient query resolution.

Requirement:

  • Good communication skills in English & Hindi (verbal and written).
  • Laptop & Wi-Fi connection is mandatory (if remote).
  • Willing to work 6 days a week with 1 rotational week off.
  • Comfortable with a 9-hour shift (8 hours production + 1-hour break) in a 24×7 work environment.
