As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for managing all customer interactions across channels.
Provide accurate and complete information to customers using the right tools and methods.
- Provide Superior Customer Experience on Chat/Email/Call
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic,c and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Collaborate with team members, and customer service teams to ensure the superior customer experience
- Follow the company’s communication procedures, policies, and guidelines at all times
- Deliver excellent results measured by customer satisfaction, effectiveness, efficiency, and quality
Requirement:
- Must-Have Windows 10 and WIFI (30- 40 MBPS)
- Good Communication is required.
- Full time 9 hour training
- 4.5 hours of Login( 7pm to 2 am in-between)
- Graduates/12th pass both can apply.
