Customer Support

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for managing all customer interactions across channels.

Provide accurate and complete information to customers using the right tools and methods.

  • Provide Superior Customer Experience on Chat/Email/Call
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic,c and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Collaborate with team members, and customer service teams to ensure the superior customer experience
  • Follow the company’s communication procedures, policies, and guidelines at all times
  • Deliver excellent results measured by customer satisfaction, effectiveness, efficiency, and quality

Requirement:

  • Must-Have Windows 10 and WIFI (30- 40 MBPS)
  • Good Communication is required.
  • Full time 9 hour training
  • 4.5 hours of Login( 7pm to 2 am in-between)
  • Graduates/12th pass both can apply.
