Customer Support

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle inbound queries (Voice+Chat).

  • Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer queries and concerns.
  • Handle customer complaints in a professional manner, escalating issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using CRM software and other tools.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using our call center management system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues that require technical assistance.

Requirements:

  • Own system (laptop/Desktop) – i3 Processor + Windows 10 + 8 GB RAM
  • Wifi speed – 20mbps upload+download
  • USB Headphone mandate
