We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle inbound queries (Voice+Chat).
- Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer queries and concerns.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner, escalating issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using CRM software and other tools.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using our call center management system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues that require technical assistance.
