We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage customer interactions across multiple platforms, ensuring prompt and effective responses to queries.
This role requires strong English communication skills and the ability to analyze customer inquiries to improve support efficiency. Knowledge of competitive programming is a plus.
- Strong English communication skills to manage and respond to queries professionally.
- Customer Support Management: Handle queries on emails and social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Punctuality & Reliability: Ensure timely responses and maintain a query reply template for consistency in support interactions.
- Query Tracking & Reporting: Maintain a structured sheet logging query types and frequency, with weekly reports.
- Quick Learner & Team Player: Adapt quickly, and collaborate with the team to improve support processes.
