We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to assist our clients with ERP-related queries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. This role involves providing timely support, guiding users, and ensuring a smooth experience with EOXS ERP solutions.
- Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and phone.
- Assist clients with ERP navigation, troubleshooting, and system usage.
- Identify and resolve basic technical issues or escalate complex ones.
- Maintain customer support logs and documentation.
- Work with internal teams (Tech & Product) to resolve issues efficiently.
- Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to the support process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand and explain ERP software to non-technical users.
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems or SaaS platforms (a plus).
- Customer-focused mindset with patience and adaptability.
