Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to assist our clients with ERP-related queries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. This role involves providing timely support, guiding users, and ensuring a smooth experience with EOXS ERP solutions.

  • Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and phone.
  • Assist clients with ERP navigation, troubleshooting, and system usage.
  • Identify and resolve basic technical issues or escalate complex ones.
  • Maintain customer support logs and documentation.
  • Work with internal teams (Tech & Product) to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to the support process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain ERP software to non-technical users.
  • Basic knowledge of ERP systems or SaaS platforms (a plus).
  • Customer-focused mindset with patience and adaptability.
