As an Implementation Engineer, you will leverage the Tennr platform to design and deliver tailored solutions for clients.
This role involves collaborating closely with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to deploy, configure, and optimize the Tennr platform to address unique client needs effectively.
You will ensure seamless integration while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction through proactive communication, problem-solving, and a client-focused approach.
- Building end-to-end automation solutions: Tailor solutions to meet client-specific needs
- Client Collaboration: Provide ongoing communication and updates during the implementation process
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Address bugs or technical issues identified during the
- implementation phase.
- Support and Troubleshooting: Collaborate with technical support teams to handle escalated issues.
- Incident Management: Use ticketing systems to track and manage implementation incidents systematically.
- Platform Mastery: Gain deep expertise in Tennr Fluent’s features, limitations, and capabilities to leverage them effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, or SQL) and Workflow.
- Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
- Previous experience in software engineering, technical consulting, or a similar role
