Ease My Trip is hiring for the job role of Holiday Planner work from home.
It is a flexible work schedule where you must dedicate 6 to 7 hours (between 8:00 am and 8:00pm) depending on your home schedule.
You will be responsible for making a customer’s dream of traveling and exploring new places come true.
- Understand customer travel preferences and design customized holiday packages
- Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodations, flights, and travel experiences
- Handle itinerary planning, budgeting, and bookings based on customer needs
- Assist customers with visa requirements, travel insurance, and other necessary arrangements
- Stay updated on travel trends, offers, and destination insights
- Ensure smooth coordination and post-booking support for clients
