Human Resource Team

SuperProcure is looking for a proactive and detail- oriented  HR – Intern to support our recruitment and documentation process.

This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and HR operations while enhancing your professional skills.

  • Draft detailed role specific job descriptions.
  • Post Job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
  • Screen applications based on predefined criteria and shortlist potential candidates. 
  • Conduct initial HR interview to assess candidates’ suitability for the role and coordinate subsequent interview rounds with the shortlisted candidates.
  • Prepare and manage necessary documents for onboarding new employees.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining the employee database for accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Supporting in ensuring all documents complies with company policies and legal requirements.

Requirement:

  • Prior experience in recruitment – Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with HRIS, ATS and resume databases
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Must be a pre final year/final year student
