SuperProcure is looking for a proactive and detail- oriented HR – Intern to support our recruitment and documentation process.
This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and HR operations while enhancing your professional skills.
- Draft detailed role specific job descriptions.
- Post Job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Screen applications based on predefined criteria and shortlist potential candidates.
- Conduct initial HR interview to assess candidates’ suitability for the role and coordinate subsequent interview rounds with the shortlisted candidates.
- Prepare and manage necessary documents for onboarding new employees.
- Assist in creating and maintaining the employee database for accurate and up-to-date records.
- Supporting in ensuring all documents complies with company policies and legal requirements.
Requirement:
- Prior experience in recruitment – Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with HRIS, ATS and resume databases
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Must be a pre final year/final year student
