You will work with our HR team, where you will gain hands-on experience and receive guidance and feedback.
A major responsibility will include handling team bonding activities, which are essential for maintaining a positive and cohesive work environment.
- Finding and onboarding new hires, including doing shortlisting, interviews, social media outreach and making sure the process is running smoothly.
- Handling employee relations, and benefits, and making sure we follow all the rules
- Creating and implementing HR strategies that help our company reach its goals
- Working with managers to solve employee problems and answering questions about HR policies
- Keeping track of employee records and documents
- Reporting on HR metrics like employee satisfaction and turnover
- Hosting employee engagement activities
- Creating content for TIF Careers on social spaces
Requirements:
- Must be a people person – Engaging with the team will be a large part of the job
- Communication good enough to talk to a lot of people on a day-to-day basis
- Understanding psychology is something that differentiates a great HR from a good one.
