Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate / Engineering / Post Graduate
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as:
- Finance
- Economics
- Engineering
- Statistics
- Freshers & experienced candidates are eligible
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with BI tools:
- Tableau (strongly preferred)
- Power BI / Qlik Sense / Looker
- Good knowledge of:
- SQL
- Python
- Ability to analyze large datasets and generate insights
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and support reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards for internal stakeholders
- Act as a liaison between business teams to gather and prioritize reporting requirements
- Prepare and present ad-hoc reports and analytics
- Automate manual reporting processes to improve efficiency
- Perform trend analysis and advanced data exploration
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data and reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Distribution, Operations, and Product
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Data Analyst or BI Analyst
- Financial Services or FinTech background is a plus
- Knowledge of:
- ETFs
- Mutual Funds
- Model Portfolios
- Separately Managed Accounts
- Direct Indexing
- Experience with ETL / ELT tools and data pipelines is an added advantage
