The Operations Associate will support day-to-day operations within the Health Ops Team, ensuring the highest standards of service for our clients.
This role will involve close collaboration with various internal departments, handling administrative tasks, claims processing, and improving operational efficiency within the health insurance segment.
- Keep customer experience at the core and assist the customers with their policy issuance/renewals/claims journey.
- Coordinate with insurance company POCs to ensure processing and issuance of policies within TAT
- Assist in coordinating and facilitating the renewal process, ensuring timely and seamless renewals for our clients.
- Support claims processing and policy management tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with Advisors to ensure customer inquiries and requirements are resolved efficiently.
- Monitor and analyse operational metrics to identify trends, flag issues, and drive improvements in process efficiency.
- Assist in creating, maintaining, and updating operational documentation, ensuring all procedures are clearly defined and followed
Requirement:
- 1-2 years of experience in operations
- Strong organisational skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
