We are looking for a Process Coordinator to support operational workflow, project delivery, and coordination within and across our teams to facilitate smooth project completion.

- Coordinating between the processes that are part of the project life cycle, from translation to editing to client delivery. You will be achieving coordination with your team for multiple projects everyday.
- Coordinating with internal departments to ensure the timely movement of the project from one step of the workflow to the next, through strong and effective communication with other departments, freelancers, and timely follow-ups.
- Ensuring on-time delivery of the project to the client
- Supporting the team in allocation of projects to the suitable translators and reviewers.
Requirement:
- Strong multitasking skills and a dedicated work ethic.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities while meeting strict deadlines.
- Effective English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- At least 2 years of experience in an operational role (preferred but not required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools.
