Role Overview:
As a Cold Calling Intern, you’ll support the client acquisition process by reaching out to potential leads, presenting company services, and qualifying prospects. This internship is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on sales experience in the tech industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to potential clients (data provided or self-sourced).
- Clearly pitch DigTize’s software services.
- Identify and qualify leads based on interest, budget, and needs.
- Update call logs and lead status regularly.
- Coordinate with the business development team.
- Attend weekly virtual training and strategy meetings.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of IT services is a plus.
- Self-motivated, confident, and resilient.
