- Answer incoming queries through email or chat and the calls to take appropriate actions.
- Responsible for providing training to new candidates and refresher training to enhance the performance of the agents.
- Take care of shrinkage and attrition.
Required Candidate profile
- Handle a team of 10-15 agents
- Proficient English skillset
- Drive team’s performance by sharing feedback with bottom performers on a daily basis
- Should have min 1yr work experience as a team leader
