Team Leader – Customer Service

  • Answer incoming queries through email or chat and the calls to take appropriate actions.
  • Responsible for providing training to new candidates and refresher training to enhance the performance of the agents.
  • Take care of shrinkage and attrition.

Required Candidate profile

  • Handle a team of 10-15 agents
  • Proficient English skillset
  • Drive team’s performance by sharing feedback with bottom performers on a daily basis
  • Should have min 1yr work experience as a team leader
