Telesales Associate (Part-Time)

  • Pre-Call Study the case and Determine the current eligibility of the assigned sellers through available resources/online.
  • Obtain client information by connecting with them through telephone calls and verifying information.
  • Basis the collected/verified information; update the client’s profile to meet the desired profile score.
  • Educate clients about the benefits to his business; answer questions; Clearing doubts.
  • Dispose of the cases with appropriate reason codes basis the conversation with the respective sellers.
  • Keep the clients informed about the recorded conversation before starting to collect any information from them.
  • Follow up with the sellers based on their requests over the calls.
  • Achieve the daily/Weekly/Monthly business targets.
