Job Description
This role requires the individual to manage support programs of WMS and TMS tools, ensuring the SLAs are adhered to. The functional areas will be warehousing and transportation within the Supply chain.
He/she is responsible for addressing queries/issues raised by clients, classifying the issues based on priority and functional area, maintain tracker & dashboard for the issues, and ensure SLAs are adhered to.
He/she should have strong analytical skills and the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Independently manage the issues/queries raised by client
- Classify the issues based on priority and severity
- Maintain trackers and dashboards
- Should be able to answer business queries and parallelly work with product & tech teams for issues resolution/enhancements.
