Job Description
Tringent Software is hiring Recruitment Associates to join our Talent Acquisition team and help candidates complete their applications, perform screening of candidates, schedule/reschedule their first day, and share first-day details with new employees. This will involve interacting with candidates via email, phone calls, and instant messaging.
- Should have Fresher and 1 Year of experience in voice or semi-voice process.
- Both Graduates and Post Graduates can apply.
- Should have Good communication skills.
- Should be Fluent in English & Hindi only
