- Achieve sales targets and provide Customer service by managing an assigned portfolio of customers for the Bank by phone.
- Achieving the Business targets assigned in terms of cross-selling, enhancing, and upgrading the relationships.

- Sales targets spread across Liabilities, Retail Assets, Forex, Credit Cards, Online trading, etc.
