Job Description
To provide comprehensive biotransformation support to drug discovery programs. A lab-based position, working within the biotransformation team.
- Conduct of metabolite identification experiments and structural elucidation of metabolites
- Handling mass spectrometersGood understanding of biotransformation fundamentals and enzymology.
- Understanding of advanced biotransformation studies such as bile duct cannulated studies and reaction phenotyping.
- Interact with the metabolism group and be familiar with their assays and provide bench-level, technical, and conceptual support as needed.
- Basic understanding of inhibition and metabolic stability assays.
- Perform activities within defined timelines and meeting defined quality expectations.
