Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic OPT Bench Sales Recruiter with 0-4 years of experience in US Staffing and Bench Sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing OPT candidates and ensuring their successful placement.
- – Candidate Marketing: Leverage expertise in marketing OPT candidates across various job boards, including Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder.
- – Consultant Mobilization: Utilize strong networking and cold-calling skills to mobilize consultants, identifying the best opportunities that align with their skill sets.
- – Target Achievement: Work independently to consistently meet or exceed placement targets, contributing to the overall success of the recruitment team.
- – Communication: Exhibit excellent communication skills, which are essential for engaging with candidates, clients, and internal teams.
