Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Analyst to support our hiring process and engage with clients to ensure seamless hiring solutions. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and working closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs.
- Sourcing & Screening Candidates: Utilize job portals, social media, and other channels to source candidates for various roles. Review resumes and conduct initial screenings.
- Client Engagement: Communicate effectively with clients to understand role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines. Provide regular updates on hiring progress.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, coordinate with clients and candidates and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
- Application Tracking: Maintain records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), update candidate statuses, and document feedback.
- Data Reporting: Assist in generating basic reports on hiring metrics and KPIs, supporting data-driven recruitment strategies.
