Job Description

  • Assist with the creation and issuance of employment offers using SuccessFactors.
  • Collect, verify, and review candidate documents to ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate with HR, IT, and other relevant departments to facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires.
  • Scheduled and managed interview logistics, providing a positive experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with external candidates, internal stakeholders, and other members of the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0-1 year of experience in a support role within Talent Acquisition or HR, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems, particularly SuccessFactors, is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Flexibility to work against pressing timelines and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Willingness to commit to a contract position with the potential for extension based on performance.
