Job Description
- Assist with the creation and issuance of employment offers using SuccessFactors.
- Collect, verify, and review candidate documents to ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
- Coordinate with HR, IT, and other relevant departments to facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires.
- Scheduled and managed interview logistics, providing a positive experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with external candidates, internal stakeholders, and other members of the Talent Acquisition team.
- Perform administrative tasks related to recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-1 year of experience in a support role within Talent Acquisition or HR, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, particularly SuccessFactors, is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Flexibility to work against pressing timelines and adapt to changing requirements.
- Willingness to commit to a contract position with the potential for extension based on performance.
