Job Description

  • Sourcing Candidates: Assist in identifying potential candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events. Help in building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Screening Resumes: Review and assess resumes to identify candidates that meet the minimum qualifications for open positions.
  • Scheduling Interviews: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Ensure timely communication with all parties involved.
  • Conducting Initial Interviews: Participate in initial phone screens or virtual interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Database Management: Update and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment databases with accurate candidate information and status updates.
  • Recruitment Marketing: Help in creating and managing recruitment marketing materials, including job postings and social media content.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including preparing reports, organizing recruitment events, and handling other tasks as needed.
